Well its been a while since I have been on here let alone near the bench(since Christmas time) actually felt like doing something today and managed to get this one finished. It is Malefique from the Fairy Tale Girls range by Nocturna Models. She still needs dullcoating and glossing which will be done later this evening. Photos are not great as lighting is terrible here at moment.

Greetings Camogirl! Long time no see (hear from)! Nice job on the Nocturna figure, especially the detail scroll work. I have several Nocturna 70mm's (Malefic Apocolypse, and Akelarre) and I think they are really great. They just don't produce much. BTW, I just noticed Nocturna is having a sale on some figures!

Actually, I meant the fancy decorations painted on her clothing, etc. For really tiny writing, Ive used a "crow quill", a tiny and pointed metal nib - a dip nib - also sometimes called a mapping nib. Like what medieval scribes and map makers used. http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/MTA2N1gxNjAw/z/YaMAAOSwBahVFEDY/$_1.JPG

Very nice, I usually have the same problem with photos never do the shading justice
