As Aaron says there's a lack of campaigns at the moment. I'd like to suggest "All at Sea" which would be a figure campaign for models of any subject who serves or works at sea. Any era any scale.

Any takers?

Andrzej took the words right out of my mouth. I was thinking U-Boat crew or my first love (as I fence) pirates. As long as I can get my hands on a mini I'm in.

I'd be interested if my "Home Town" campaign doesn't get off the ground.

I'd be looking to do the Australian Folboat Raiders in Singapore Harbour if that fits the bill

They would fit the bill I should say. Where is the home town campaign? I'd be interested in that one myself.

I could always do something else for my home town and put the Jaywick build up for this campaign, always good to have a few excuses to do a build!

Nico and Harvey.

Thanks for your interest. I'm the slowest of the slow, Nico, and and I thought about 1/1/12-30/9/12. Im not sure if so long is OK with campaign rules.

If this gets off the ground, it sounds like there'll be no shortage of pirates,

I don't know yet if it will be with pirate....or a french corsair, my father in law just gave me a book about Surcouf.....

It has been very quiet on this post lately....too quiet!!

I just thought I would chime in and see how everything is going and if there is still interest in this campaign.

Hi Randy,

i'm still interested in it, but if i count well, we're 4. Is this enough for a campaign to be official ?
So you're right to re-edit this thread for those who didn't see it.
cheers

I think we're five: Harv, Nicolas, Aaron, Scott and me. But Scott was not a certain and I'd just left it out there.

What to do?

Should I re-post it and label it campaign suggestion and add dates &c.?

Very glad to be advised,

Alan

I'm in, "My Home Town" didn't fly which is a bit disappointing but hey at least I get to do what I had in mind here.

Hi Alan, Sorry for calling you Paul before.

That should be fine. Just come up with your rules and guide lines for the campaign. You can also check other campaign dates and get an idea of a time frame. Then you can post all of those and see what everyone thinks. Then just send a message to Andrzej Snigorski (endrju007) to submit your request for the campaign. It looks like there is enough interest for this one to move ahead.

Hope that helps some.

Randy

Hi Alan,

Just another suggestion. You might want to post your campaign idea on the other sites as well, especially Model Shipwrights and Aeroscale. The again you might get some interest from any of the others as well. Anyway it is just a thought.

Since Alan was not logged in since November 20th I suggest that one of you gentlemen take the leadership of this campaign.
Anyone interested in leading this one?
