6-Pounder Anti-Tank Gun

Armorama

This little kit has been out of production for many years, but is pretty easy to find on eBay - which is where I got mine.I believe this kit is around thirty years old, but for its age, is a little gem!It appears accurate enough, and for its age is very well detailed. The kit does come with figures that have seen better days - mine went in the waste bin being so poor - I didnt even want them for spares.I built the kit in around an hour, with construction being rather straight forwards and problem free. The fit was very good, which I did not expect. In comparison, my 25-pdr went together very poorly. The little gun will be used to dress up my DUKW's rear deck in a diorama I'm currently working on. I've also bought two more, one slated for a Market Garden Campaign diorama, and the other for to adorn my shelf.More info will follow about those! All in all, not a bad kit, despite its age and softly detailed figures. I just wish one of the major plastic manufacturers would do a new-tooled kit of this subject. For the time being, get one whilst you can! Thanks for looking!
